High dragon.. Dragon age 2.?

Im having a really hard time beating the high dragon in the bone pits. I dont know whether it's the party I'm using or just the stategy. I don't have Anders since I did the mission where he goes back to his home. If anyone could help please do.(:High dragon.. Dragon age 2.?
Give us some more info on your parties skills, like what class are you playing and what abilities do you and your party have.

There is a glitch where if you revive a fallen party member they will be pretty much invincible. You can use Anders to revive people but since he is gone you should be able to buy these special grenades that revive your fallen party members in an area.

Revived members will regen life/mana as if they were not in combat but if you are not controlling them then they will fall in and out of combat. Also if you loot something with one of these revived characters during battle they will return to combat mode and regen at normal combat rate.

EDIT:

Here's a link about the Mythal's Favor - http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Mythal%2鈥?/a>

Since you have a rogue you should use your bow, you can still use a bow even if you don't have points in it I think. I had a rogue too but I had a couple of points in bow.

Try using Aveline as your tank and everyone else should be ranged. Make sure she is alive before the little dragons come out you need her to tank them. If you she falls while the big dragon is out don't worry about it just get her back up before the little guys come out.

If your tank goes down while fighting the big dragon then you will have to use timing when you attack with your ranged guys. Attack and move to avoid the fireball repeat until he flies up then you have to run to where he was before so he doesn't land on you.

I hope you have a mage with frost or some type of root. You need to root those little guys as much as possible and frost does more damage.

EDIT AGAIN ;P

You should have found the recipe in Act II. Then you could buy the Mythal's Favor from potion/grenade shops and maybe even from your house if you have the ingredients.

Bows drop off of ranged mobs that use bows otherwise you have to check the weapons shops.

Also use any AoE stuns that your party has during the dragonling fights.High dragon.. Dragon age 2.?
I have play the game before and i remember i beat the dragon on first play through.

Yes its kind of difficult,i understand.I choose to become a mage on first hand and one thing appeal is that i can shoot the dragon from afar and let others do the close counter attack.

I do remember that my mage was somewhat on lvl 15 or 18 and i have bought the strongest armor in the game(cannot remember which).

Keep on healing the others character from time to time and i believe it should be over nicely.
