How does Xbox 360 graphics in HD compare to high end PC games at max settings?

Such as Dead Space 2, Metro 2033, Crysis 2, Dragons Age 2|||rubbish, basically





also the majority of games with good graphics played on both the xobx 360 or the PS3 arent run in HD (resolution of 1920 x 1080) because the hardware isnt up for it, the games are instead run at 1240 x 720|||Seconded. It doesn't.





It's painfully obvious for Metro 2033. The PC version on max looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL compared to the Xbox 360 version.|||It doesnt.
