well im not a hardcore gamer, i NEVER USE antialiasing or anisotropic!!!!
i just like to play in good conditions, i have a core 2 duo e4600 @ 2.40ghz, 2 gb ram and a 440 gt 1gb ddr3 gpu(nvidia).
i can play fifa 11 with 80-90 fps, nfs shift 2 unleashed 25-30 fps, dragon age 2 35-40 fps.
all the games above are in HIGH settings.
should i upgrade or wait???
if i need to upgrade what should i upgrade cpu, ram, gpu and also i NEED BUDGET SPECS NO i7 OR 560 GT!!!!!!|||You should wait.
i7 is till bit expensive, price will drop when the demand go up.
Current game FPS is not that bad.
If you need to upgrade add another 2GB Ram. Buy a SLI or CROSSFIRE supported MB and plug in 2 graphic cards.|||Didn't expect the nvidia 440 gt to perform that well not bad fps, since that graphic card is a entry level gaming graphic card as well as a few others some ideas might want to upgrade your motherboard and cpu , 4 gb ddr3 ram, and good psu 600watts,and a ati hd 6970 graphic card, check out some asus motherboards at the asustek.com and recommend a intel i5 -2500k
great for overclocking ,better get a liquid cool system installed if overclocking|||I cant be bothered to do prices, but for a good cheapish gaming setup, get like 8gb of fast ddr3 ram, a midrange 1155 motherboard, an i5 2500k, and a gtx 570 altough that might be abit much for you. Your core 2 duo is abit old now for games.|||you can't really get a stronger GPU without upgrading your CPU as well. If you put a GTX 560 in there with a 2.4ghz duo core, your FPS will be the same. Overclock.|||yes.
