Super high CPU usage when using Java?

When I leave my computer on idle, my CPU usage is about 2%.

But when I am running 2 normal Java programs (like webgames) my cpu usage is between 98 and 100%.

When I close the Java programs, my usage gets down to 2% again.

is there anything I can do to stop this, because my computer gets really hot when my usage is high!



and when I play a big game, like dragon age origins or GTA IV, my CPU usage is only 40%.





I really hope someone can help me!|||try updating your java, also try to clean your disk drive often using disk cleanup, if your on windows 7 just search disk cleanup in start... its also good to defrag your computer once and a while
